1.1 Shipping areas
We currently ship from Spain to:
Spain (peninsular and islands).
European countries.
International destinations, according to agreement with the client or artist.
1.2 Estimated delivery times
Spain: 3 to 7 business days.
Europe: 7 to 14 business days.
Rest of the world: 10 to 21 business days.
1.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the destination and the total weight of the order.
2. Pre-orders
2.1 Estimated shipping dates
Products purchased as pre-orders will ship on or around the estimated dates indicated in the product description. Please note that these dates are approximate and may change due to production or distribution delays.
2.2 Combined orders with pre-orders
If your order includes reserve items along with in-stock products, the entire order will be shipped together once the reserve items are available.
If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those products.
